Dit ga je doen
You will assist in the process while simultaneously overseeing the entire operation and acting as the point of contact for approximately 7 people. Using modern machines equipped with a control system, you will monitor the process. You will be working in a well-maintained environment. In addition to coordinating with other departments, you will challenge the team to:
- Strive for the right quality
- Ensure maximum production
- Conduct checks when the process falters and implement improvements
- Maintain a tidy and clean working environment.

- A salary up to €2900 gross per month (excluding shift allowance).
- Shift allowance of 113% on every hour worked.
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km.

You will be working at a company specialized in high-quality meat chunks in gravy for cat and dog food. This organization was founded in 1960 and currently has around 25 employees. The organization is growing rapidly and is therefore looking for skilled working foremen!
Currently, the company operates on a day shift. Starting in August, they will work in a two-shift system, with shifts running from Monday to Friday. The shifts are from 04:00 to 13:00 and from 12:45 to 22:00, alternating weekly.
