Within the company of a client of ours, this search has been launched for an operator. Within this role you will be responsible for fully owning the production process. This takes time, for that reason the team leader and the operator production will support you so you can easily make the step to more responsibility and ownership. You will be working within a close-knit family business that values quality. The organization where you will be working is known as one of the top suppliers in the field of quality meat products. With branches in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany they try every day to delight new customers with the products they make. An overview of your duties is as follows:
- Checking the presence of the correct raw and auxiliary materials on the basis of recipes and coordinating and calling off the necessary resources.
- Setting up the machine (process parameters and recipes) and linking/dumping of raw and auxiliary materials.
- Randomly checking product quality based on visual and physical tests and adjusting machine (or having it adjusted).
- Recording data (numbers, quality data, disruptions) on various overviews.
Dit krijg je
- Salary depends on knowledge and experience between €2,300.00- 2,600.00 gross per month based on 38 hours excluding allowances.
- Shift bonus of 15%, production bonus of 1,25% and cold allowance of €11,80 per week (you work in an environment where it is 0 degrees).

- 25 vacation days per year, with the option to purchase additional vacation days.
- Travel expense plan in accordance with Butchers' Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Dit ben je
- You possess technical insight;
- You are critical (also of yourself) while thinking in solutions and improvements;
- You master the Dutch language or are willing to realize this in the short term (in this case you do master the English language);
- You are flexible and willing to work 5 days a week from Monday to Saturday. Working on Saturdays is negotiable.
- You have knowledge of food safety (HACCP), machines and registrations necessary to perform the job, of course we will teach you if you do not have this yet.
